    \nShijaku sh.p.k was founded as a small family business at the beginning of 1993, initially engaged in the trade of construction materials and food products. As the company\u2019s operations showed promising growth and strong economic and financial indicators, the need arose to formally establish Shijaku sh.p.k.<\/p>\n

    \nSince its founding, the company has focused on trading two main categories of goods \u2014 construction materials and food products \u2014 both of which have consistently maintained high market demand, particularly in developing countries such as Albania. This strategic focus has been the key to our company\u2019s success.<\/p>\n

    The management of Shijaku sh.p.k, with a clear vision of the market economy, leveraged the strong demand potential and successfully positioned the company as one of the most successful in northern Albania. This achievement was soon followed by expansion into international markets; as early as 1996, the company began import operations with neighboring countries, transporting goods by sea from Italy and by land from Greece.<\/p>\n

    During the period 1998\u20132002, Shijaku sh.p.k intensified its commercial activity, circulating substantial quantities of goods such as flour, wheat, corn, and roof tiles, in collaboration with European Union countries including Italy, France, and Greece.<\/p>\n

    Today, Shijaku sh.p.k remains a recognized name for professionalism, quality, and reliability in the trade of construction materials and food products across Albania and the region.<\/p>\n

    \nFollowing 2002, as the company\u2019s commercial activity reached high levels and its growth rates proved satisfactory, we focused on the idea of completing the full trading chain of our products. Within this framework, it was considered reasonable to undertake a strategic investment in domestic flour production, with a total investment of \u20ac7,000,000, of which Shijaku sh.p.k<\/strong> owned 12.5%<\/strong> of the share capital.<\/p>\n

    ASSETS AT A MACRO LEVEL<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The company was established with an initial subscribed capital of $1,000 and owned a plot of land belonging to the Shijaku brothers, with a total surface area of 12,700 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

    The company\u2019s investments and assets include:<\/em><\/p>\n

    • Land purchase in Arrameras, Fush\u00eb Kruj\u00eb: 4,000 m\u00b2<\/li>\n
    • Additional land purchase in Arrameras, Fush\u00eb Kruj\u00eb: 3,100 m\u00b2<\/li>\n
    • Land purchase in Fush\u00eb Kruj\u00eb: 35,000 m\u00b2<\/li>\n
    • Land purchase in Prez\u00eb: 6,350 m\u00b2<\/li>\n
    • Property in Prez\u00eb: 1,500 m\u00b2 of construction and 2,700 m\u00b2 of land<\/li>\n
    • Land in Tirana, near the Artificial Lake: 2,000 m\u00b2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Regarding logistical and technological capacities:<\/em><\/p>\n

      • Scrap processing machinery valued at \u20ac450,000<\/li>\n

        \nAs part of the company\u2019s growth and expansion in the field of construction materials, after achieving substantial turnover and a solid client base, the company reached the conclusion and made the decision to invest in the construction of a brick manufacturing plant in Fush\u00eb Kruj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

        In line with this objective, together with its partner, the company established Milis Brick sh.a. in 2004, and jointly built the first private brick factory in Albania \u2014 an investment completed in October 2007.<\/p>\n

        The tendency toward new investments, driven by the generation of stable income, encouraged us to explore other areas of development.<\/p>\n
